are many areas where wild camping is permitted on the banks of the canal
within a few kilometers of the city - ask at the Information and Ecological

www.deltaturism.ro;
address Str Portului 34A) located on the waterfront for details.
The formerly stout boat hotel (‘boatel’) industry,
with multi-day Delta tours, was going through a lull at the time of
writing. Keep an eye out for new companies opening to fill the void.
