Visa regulations are dropping like flies in both Romania and Moldova! Well, getting into Romania hasn't been too tough lately, but with them entering the EU in 2007, any remaining Byzantine rules and mystery regulations will be a distant memory. Moldova on the other hand is getting tourist hungry. They're dropping a large part of their visa regime in 2007. Alternately, getting into Transdniestr is getting downright painful.
